Mix: Combine 1 measure of the MTR Rava Idli Mix with 1 measure of sour curd (yogurt) and let the mixture rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
Adjust: Add another 1 measure of sour curd and mix well (you can optionally add finely chopped fresh coriander leaves for extra flavor).
