  • All orders placed with Pallavi Food Chain are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with all policies mentioned on this page.

📦 2. No Return & Exchange Policy

  • Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
  • Due to the nature of grocery and food items, returns are strictly not accepted unless explicitly approved.

⏳ 3. Payment Terms

  • Bills must be paid on or before the due date.
  • Any delay in payment will attract interest charges (up to 24% per annum) or applicable penalties.

💳 4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Cash
  • UPI (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • IMPS / Bank Transfer

🏦 5. Cheque Payments

  • In case of cheque payments, any dishonored cheque will attract a penalty of ₹500.

⚖️ 6. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

⚠️ 7. Responsibility & Claims

  • The company will not be responsible for any claims, damages, or exchange requests after 1 day of delivery.
  • Customers must check products at the time of delivery.

❄️ 8. Frozen & Perishable Items

  • Frozen or perishable items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Once ordered and delivered, these items are considered final sale.

📦 9. Order Acceptance

  • Orders placed cannot be canceled or returned once processed and dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

🔒 10. Company Rights

  • Pallavi Food Chain reserves the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel any order
    • Update policies without prior notice
    • Take necessary action in case of misuse or fraud
