ITC Master Chef Veg Burger Patty (Regular) is a 1 kg pack of frozen, ready-to-cook vegetable patties designed for quick preparation. Featuring a blend of potatoes, carrots, peas, and corn coated in golden breadcrumbs, these patties are designed for a crunchy texture. They are suitable for frying, baking, or grilling, typically containing around 20 pieces per pack.
- Ingredients: The patties are made from vegetables (potato, carrot, green peas, and sweet corn), breadcrumbs (refined wheat flour, dextrose, iodized salt, yeast), water, refined palm oil, and mixed spices.
- Preparation: The product is designed to be easy to prepare with multiple cooking methods available:
- Deep Fry: Fry for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame until golden and crisp.
- Shallow Fry: Cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame, flipping occasionally.
- Air Fry: Brush with oil and cook at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, shaking in between.
- Bake: In a preheated oven at 220°C for 6-8 minutes on a tray brushed with oil, flipping halfway through.
