Manufactured from high-quality refined wheat flour (maida) and water, these plain noodles are celebrated for their signature subtly chewy texture. They serve as an ideal base for culinary favourites like Chow Mein, Schezwan noodles, and noodle soups, effortlessly absorbing tossed sauces, proteins, and vegetables

- Boil: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil with 1 teaspoon of oil and half a teaspoon of salt.
- Cook: Add the noodles and boil them for 2–3 minutes.
- Rest: Remove from the heat source and let the noodles sit submerged in the hot water for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drain & Coat: Drain the water completely, spread them on a wide tray, and gently toss with 2 tablespoons of oil to prevent any sticking
