About This Item

- Texture & Taste: Delivers fluffy, airy idlis interspersed with crunchy nuts and savory tempering.
- Dietary Profile: 100% vegetarian, trans-fat-free, and cholesterol-free. It is not a gluten-free product.
- Yield: A 500 g pack typically produces around 20 to 25 medium-sized rava idlis
- Key Ingredients: Semolina, edible vegetable fat, Bengal gram dal (chana dal), cashew nuts, curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chilli, and ginger.
- Per 100g Nutrition (Approx): ~353 Calories, 9.8g Protein, 75g Carbohydrates, 1.6g Fat, and 2.5g Dietary Fiber
- Mix: Blend 1 measure of the MTR Rava Idli Mix with 1 measure of sour curd.
- Rest: Stir the mixture well and set it aside for 3 minutes. (Optional: You can add finely chopped coriander or fresh grated carrots at this stage).
- Steam: Pour the batter into greased idli molds and steam them in an idli cooker or vessel for 10–12 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney and potato sagu
- Pairing: Pairs perfectly with hot MTR Sambar, fresh coconut chutney, or potato sagu.
- Garnish: Place a fried cashew nut at the bottom of each greased mold before pouring the batter for an authentic restaurant-style look
